Tino Lurtsch

With over 25 years of experience in international asset management, Tino advises both domestic and international investors on strategy, acquisitions, and asset management. His approach is direct and clear, always focused on what truly drives results for the client.
In 2025, he founded TREAM & Partners - with the goal of managing client engagements exactly as he would expect them to be managed: closely attuned to the asset, closely attuned to the client, and committed at every step.

Before founding TREAM & Partners, Tino served as Managing Director at Schroders Real Estate, where he was responsible for family office partnerships and managed investment mandates in the DACH region.
Prior to that, he was a co-founder of BLUE Asset Management, where he built a platform with €1.3 billion in assets under management, which was later acquired by Schroders.
Prior to that, he developed a value-add platform with €3 billion in assets under management at Babcock & Brown.
In senior positions at Lidl, he was responsible for nationwide acquisitions and major sale-and-leaseback transactions.
He earned his degree in business administration from the University of Eastern Bavaria in 1999.
Thilo Schafii

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Thilo works closely with private and institutional investors to structure, manage, and grow their real estate portfolios.
His particular strength lies in translating complex, cross-border structures into clear and actionable solutions - with a focus on the DACH region.

Before founding TREAM & Partners, Thilo held senior positions at Schroders Real Estate, where he was responsible for the operational and commercial management of indirect real estate portfolios.
Previously, he was involved in building an asset management platform with €1.3 billion in assets under management at BLUE Asset Management and worked closely with family offices and institutional investors.
His previous roles at Babcock & Brown and PwC laid the foundation for his expertise in transactions, financial structuring, and investor reporting.
His educational background includes a bachelor's degree in business administration, an MBA in finance and operations, and training as a certified public accountant.
Dirk Löffler

With over 25 years of experience in the DACH region, Dirk advises institutional and private investors on asset management, project development, and portfolio transformation. What sets him apart is his ability to see the potential of an asset - not just what it is today.
At TREAM & Partners, he oversees the development of complex projects: from the initial strategic concept through to operational implementation, ensuring that all stakeholders are on board from the very beginning.

Before founding TREAM & Partners, Dirk worked at Schroders Real Estate and BLUE Asset Management, where he managed institutional accounts and helped oversee the expansion of asset and investment management platforms.
Prior to that, he worked at Lidl (Schwarz Group) in the area of expansion and site development.
His areas of expertise include land acquisition, securing building permits, project development, leasing, and the on-time and within-budget execution of complex construction and revitalization projects. He has overseen numerous real estate development and revitalization projects from the initial concept through to completion.
He earned his degree in business administration from the University of Augsburg in 2000.
