      We work with a property management partner who works exclusively for us and tailors their processes to the needs of our clients and our own. Upon request, this partner handles all aspects of commercial property management - while we remain the primary point of contact for our clients, with clear responsibilities and a streamlined structure.

    • Value Enhancement and Repositioning
      We manage refurbishment and repositioning projects from the initial concept through to implementation. Our goal: to unlock value potential and adapt the asset to market changes. We coordinate with our clients in advance to determine which strategies to implement and in what order.

      We handle multi-year budget planning, bookkeeping, cost control, and tax coordination. Our reporting covers financial metrics, cash flows, and KPIs- and includes clear recommendations for action where appropriate.
