For our existing portfolio, we develop the asset through strategic tenant turnover and close coordination with operators. Over the past 25 years, we have built up a network of retail partners, developers, and property owners across the DACH region - giving us access to properties that aren’t visible to everyone.

Industrial and commercial sites often hold significant potential - former industrial areas that are currently underutilized. We specifically develop these sites to transform former manufacturing and logistics areas into mixed-use neighborhoods featuring residential, retail, sports, dining, and recreational facilities.

We combine historic buildings with new uses and create spaces with a distinct character that are enjoyed by people of all ages in their daily lives. In this way, what was once a financial burden is transformed into a stable return on investment with a solid cash flow.

We focus on two key areas: optimizing our existing portfolio through high-quality and energy-efficient renovations, and creating new housing—from securing building permits to developing entire residential neighborhoods. Both approaches require experience with the permitting process, clear management of the construction phase, and an understanding of the neighborhood - and of the people who will eventually live there.
